It’s clear the industry is changing. It’s clear it’s not the age for big organizations. Some cool local shops are the main characters of an industry that is asking for new leaders.

T.A.G. San Francisco is one of them. They won the 2008 Cannes Grand Prix with the terrific campaign Museum Of Humanity. And they recently aired another great spot for a new version of the same video game.

We are proud to say we are collaborating with these guys. Hopefully we can return their teachings with ping-pong lessons.

B: What are you guys up to right now?

M: We are available and ready to jump in.

B: Excellente! Can you come by?

After that chat with Britt Hayes we were flying to Detroit few hours later. For 8 days we were working in a big pitch with Curt Detweiler (Mccann’s ECD), Ryan Hartsfield (Mccann’s Writer), Shannon Tham (Freelance Art Director from Singapore), Trevor Oldershaw (Freelance Art Director from San Francisco) and ironically with my old friend and ex- CP+B colleague Ryan Kutscher (Freelance Copywriter from New Jersey). Such a wild team.

I am back in Miami after 1 year and 2 months. I lived here for around 4 months before I moved to Boulder on 2006. I only have good words about this amazing city where I had the chance to meet wonderful people, enjoy the beach life and eat the incredible latino food, papi.

On this quick trip, we had a fantastic meeting with Diego Fernandez, BK Marketing Manager for Latin America. Diego and I met few years ago when he was in charge of BK Spain. I can say we did a great team together. In the meeting, we talked in the most open way and as we say in spanish “we were trying to fix the world”.

We also had the opportunity to meet Takashi Ashida, Sony Marketing Director for Latin America. He was so kind inviting us to his house. He has an mpressive Walkman’s collection on his living room-sound temple.

Miami, see you soon.
